WristPilot is two halves: the app on your watch and phone, and a small agent on the computer they drive. You need both.
iPhone & Apple Watch
iOS 16+ · watchOS 11+The app itself: the trackpad, the shortcuts panel and the wrist-motion cursor. Installing it on the phone installs the watch app too.

Mac agent
macOS 13+Runs quietly in the menu bar and applies the incoming input to the system. Free, and required for the app to do anything.

Which order
It only works in this order, because the code is shown by the computer:
- Install and start the agent on the computer
- Install the app on the phone; the watch app comes with it
- Open the app, pick your computer from the list, enter the six-digit code
